The coordinator will primarily be responsible for general building repair and maintenance and preparation of in-transit valuable items. They will also assist the Building Operations team as needed.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES:
Must have a high school diploma or equivalent.
SKILLS & ABILITIES:
Valid Driver’s license.

SUMMARY:

ESSENTIAL DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Moves necessary materials around job sites as assigned.
- Cleans up worksite debris
- Provide general maintenance and building repairs
- Provide general support for Building Operations
- This position reports to the Building Operations/Maintenance Supervisor
- Other duties may be assigned
Must have a high school diploma or equivalent.
SKILLS & ABILITIES:
- Must be able to perform basic maintenance tasks required
- Work quickly and without direct supervision.
- Must have a problem–solving abilities
- Excellent organizational and communication skills, both verbal and written
- High ability to follow written and oral instruction
- Great attention to detail
- Box truck or step-van experience is a plus
Valid Driver’s license.
WORK ENVIRONMENT:
- Individuals must be able to work in a fast-paced, team-focused environment.
- Must be able to lift 50-75 pounds repeatedly daily.
- Must be able to travel up to 20%.
- Available to work nights, weekends, and overtime as needed.
