LOCATION: 
South of Dallas/Fort Worth International Airport, NW corner of W. Airport Freeway (Hwy. 183) and Valley View Lane

COMPENSATION:
Commensurate based on experience.
 
SUMMARY: Collaborate with a cross-disciplinary team of subject-matter and operations experts to facilitate the selection, shipping, and mounting of items for display as part of gallery exhibitions and auction previews at Heritage’s Dallas, Texas headquarters and in regional offices across the United States.
 
ESSENTIAL DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES:
  • Facilitate the display of items for sale or auction preview by coordinating with subject-matter specialists across diverse departments to plan the selection of items and layout of preview spaces.
  • Coordinate communication between diverse stakeholders in order to successfully manage exhibition and preview scheduling and logistics.
  • Work alongside subject-matter and marketing specialists to present a wide variety of art and collectibles property in interesting ways.
  • Provide hands-on support with exhibition preview setup and breakdown when needed.
  • Cooperate with Building Operations for setup and teardown of large events, including space planning, fixture and equipment needs, catering and staffing.
  • Partner with Marketing and Social Media to coordinate content production supporting exhibitions and preview events.
EDUCATION and/or EXPERIENCE:
  • High school diploma required
  • Minimum 2+ years of receptionist/administrative experience
SKILLS & ABILITIES:
  • Proficiency in Microsoft applications, specifically Word and Excel
  • Ability to effectively multitask and meet deadlines
  • Must have a positive and professional attitude and appearance
