LOCATION: South of Dallas/Fort Worth International Airport, NW corner of W. Airport Freeway (Hwy. 183) and Valley View Lane

We are seeking ambitious candidates who will bring their business ethics, strong work ethic, organizational skills, and deep knowledge of vintage and luxury timepieces to represent Heritage in our Beverly Hills, Chicago, San Francisco, New York, or Dallas office.

 LOCATION: South of the DFW Airport, off HWY-183

SUMMARY: Responsible for writing accurate descriptions of fine timepieces including, antique pocket watches, vintage wristwatches, and high-end modern watches

 ESSENTIAL DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Create thorough, detailed catalog descriptions of timepieces
• Effectively research and make inquiries necessary to gather and confirm factual information for descriptions
• Work with prospective bidders to help answer questions about lots as potential purchases
• Review images for catalog production
• Travel possible for auctions
• Other related duties may be assigned 

EDUCATION and/or EXPERIENCE:

•  5+ years of experience as a watch dealer and/or in a major auction house working environment with a focus on watches and fine timepieces 

SKILLS & ABILITIES:

•  Proficiency in Microsoft applications, specifically Word and Excel
• Ability to multitask and pay great attention to detail
• Must have a positive attitude with exceptional customer service
