Monitoring and analyzing the performance and impact of social media activities, using tools such as Google Analytics, Instagram and Facebook Insights, Twitter / X
Maintain best social listening practices by following trends, keywords, and hashtags relevant to categories
Moderate accounts thoughtfully by engaging in comments, direct messages, collab requests, tags, and DMs in a timely and respectful manner.
Identifying and engaging with influencers, bloggers, and other relevant stakeholders, to build and leverage strategic partnerships and collaborations.
Educating and advising the internal stakeholders and teams on the effective use of social media and providing training and support as needed.
Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
3-5 years of experience in social media management in a digital marketing agency or large corporation.
Proven track record of developing and executing successful social media strategies that have expanded audience reach and engagement.
Strong understanding of social media KPIs, analytics, and the ability to interpret data to drive strategic decisions and content creation.
Proficient in social media management tools like Hootsuite, Sprout Social, Sprinklr, Buffer, Meltwater, or other, comparable tools
Strong organizational and project management skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously.
