Senior Web Producer

Our Digital Commerce Department is looking for a Senior Web Producer to provide oversight of and participate in our requirement gathering and quality assurance for our digital platforms. Heritage Auctions, headquartered in Dallas, Texas, with offices in New York, Chicago, Beverly Hills, San Francisco, London, Hong Kong, and other cities. Heritage Auctions is the 3rd largest auction house in the world, with 40 different Auction categories including, Coins, Sports, Comics, Historical, Jewelry, Fine & Decorative Art, Wine, and many more.
SUMMARY: Work with our in-house Digital Commerce, Design and IT departments to generate detailed requirement documents to improve user experience and conversions within Heritage's range of web and mobile app products, and utilize a thorough testing regimen during implementation and roll-out. Projects will range from normal site maintenance and upgrades to large scale new features and products.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Assist in the development and implementation of changes to the company website, mobile apps, and related products
- Help manage projects and workflows for the web production team.
- Collaborate with IT, Design and internal clients
- Other duties may be assigned
- High school diploma required, Bachelor's degree preferred
- 4+ years of experience as a web producer or quality assurance expert, and a working knowledge of web and mobile app development required.
- Experience with JIRA, TestRail or similar project management and testing software.
- A passion for continuing education and the application of AI and automation in workflows.
- Or equivalent combination of education and experience
