SUMMARY: Heritage’s Social Media Coordinator will implement the company’s Social Media strategy.
 
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES include the following. Other duties may be assigned.
  • Includes developing and implementing content & measurement strategy to increase brand awareness, inbound traffic, and leads.
  • Will establish and implement the company’s strategy; creating, curating and publishing relevant content. Will work with a variety of experts and content creators across a wide range of collectible and luxury categories to develop and curate the appropriate content, and be skilled in measuring the results of that activity.
  • Manage and maintain the monitoring and analytics systems to track social media engagement and results, and create social media reports for Management.
  • Monitor trends in Social Media tools, applications, channels, design and strategy.
     
EDUCATION and/or EXPERIENCE:
  • A bachelor’s degree and 2+ years of experience required.
  • Experience with social media marketing in corporate marketing. Working knowledge and real-world experience in planning, managing and executing social media initiatives
  • The position requires excellent writing and editing skills and ability to engage and grow audience on social media platforms.
 
WORK ENVIRONMENT: Individual must be able to work independently and manage productivity to meet tight turnaround deadlines.
