SUMMARY: Responsible for entering and monitoring inventory and department item processing.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES include the following. Other duties may be assigned.
  • Receives and process purchase requests.
  • Ensures correct items are received according to requests and invoices.
  • Labels items with appropriate information.
  • Inputs item information into inventory system accurately.
  • Coordinates with Graders.
  • Assists in scheduling, reconciling, analyzing, and reporting physical inventories within required time.
  • Must be able to travel 6-10 times a year for 4-6 days.
SKILLS AND ABILITIES: Must be highly proficient in basic Microsoft applications, specifically Word and Excel, have excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, high ability to multitask, have an excellent attention to detail, and a high willingness to learn with a positive attitude. 
WORK ENVIRONMENT: Individual must be able to work in a very fast paced and team focused office environment.
