SUMMARY: Seeking detail-oriented Administration Assistant with excellent client services, administrative and operational skills to work with the Managing Director in our Dallas Office. Responsible for assisting with daily operations including arranging transport logistics, preview set up, event coordination, working with clients, maintaining inventories, and assisting otherwise as needed. 
  • Maintain weekly on-site facility value inventory
  • Schedule and maintain transport spreadsheets
  • Assist with supply inventory and invoicing
  • Comply with office and property security requirements
  • Assist colleagues in a courteous and professional manner
  • Assist with special projects and support Managing Director as needed
  • High school diploma required, Bachelor’s degree preferred
  • Minimum 2+ years of admin experience
  • Strong knowledge of operations
  • Action-oriented with skills and aptitude to excel in a fast-paced and deadline-driven environment
  • Excellent client service skills; ability to remain calm in pressure situations
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills; demonstrated ability to communicate with all organizational levels
