ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES include the following. Other duties may be assigned.
  •  Catalog prints, paintings, photographs, and some decorative arts
  • Research and list provenance for select pieces
  • Evaluate and write condition reports
  • Assist with authentication of works as warranted
  • Assist in the catalog creation and production process
  • Answer inquiries from potential bidders
  • Work select auction previews (some travel may be required)
  • Assist with phone bidding at select auctions
  • Contribute articles for newsletters and other publications.
